2. Submit your order form to Michelle Hershey (BH Director of Sales) in one of the following ways:

3. Pay for your order via PayPal feature on the BH Website. (PLEASE follow the exact payment directions provided on the website).

4. Michelle will confirm all orders received within 24 hours via email and/or text.

5. Please note...orders will NOT be placed unless payment is made on or before the due date -- October 31st.
